It's always a challenge finding the right fit of talent for your team. When you're a startup business with a heavy target of results, even more so. Small businesses seem to be the most picky. And when the search for our next team member got a little tough, they too, went the extra mile for us. The account manager visited with us personally and kept in touch with us several times a day, assuring us that no matter what, we will be taken care of and we will find our match.
Here's why I'm writing this article to compliment these agencies. With both of these agencies, I noticed that every team member has a uniform approach:
- Personal touch: go the extra mile, step from behind the computer.
- Follow up: do research, stay in touch until the client is completely happy.
- The secret sauce for every sales recipe: speed. All the managers at both these agencies have that speed factor in common.
Make no mistake about it folks, when it comes to customer service, time really is money. And had I been left to wander by myself in both these occasions I would not have ended up being a client.
I say all of this to give my compliments when these are due. And to re-iterate once again that all business areas are affected by branding. The uniform approach of service to the client, the dedication and most of all, speed, had to have been taught somewhere. It's not coincidence that all their team members have it. They are aware of the company's desired image. Both these agencies, while totally different companies, are executing with excellence.
